SLACHA CONFERENCES
SLACHA is home to the annual Professional Drive In Conference that happens the fall and the Student Leadership Drive In Conference that happens in the Spring.
Professional Drive In:
This conference is primarily for Student Affairs Professionals in the St. Louis region to attend and learn best practices about housing, advising, supervising and more. First year professionals tend to love this conference to get acclimated to the St. Louis region and other schools in the area. This conference occurs in the Summer, at the end of July. Details to register coming soon.
Student Leadership Drive In:
We as an organization wanted to provide our region with a student leadership conference that focused on leadership development for our student leaders, specifically Resident Advisors and Residence Hall Association members. Our goal for this conference is to help continue our aim at improving the quality of life for student housing professionals in the Greater St. Louis Area. Not only is this an opportunity for our students to connect and learn, but it is an opportunity for us professionals to network and come together to learn from one another.
Our 2017 Theme was "Lead from the Inside Out". This years theme for 2018 is "The Sweet Side of Leadership". Register now in our conference tab up top!
